Renewal Research ships to any address in Canada so long as it is serviced by Canada Post.

Will a Signature Be Required?

Signatures are not required on orders from Renewal Research, unless arranged in advance by the customer.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Once orders are placed and received, they cannot be canceled.

My Package Tracking is Not Updating!

Please allow up to 24 hours after a tracking number is provided before it becomes “live” on Canada Post’s tracking page. In the event that your parcel stops updating for more than 48 hours, please contact us direct at info@renewalresearch.ca to discuss.

My Package wasn’t Delivered!

If the parcel is marked delivered by Canada Post, we must consider it delivered. In the event that the parcel is marked delivered and you have not received it, please communicate with neighbours or building managers, if applicable, to see if it may have been misplaced at the time of delivery. If this fails, please open a service ticket with Canada Post for a “track and trace.”

My Package has a Missing, Wrong, Damaged or Defective Item!

Please note, all orders are documented and photographed prior to shipment to avoid fraudulent claims. We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date for any of the following issues.

  • Missing Items: If an item is missing, please contact us immediately. Once verified we will ship the missing item(s).
  • Wrong Items: If a wrong item is received, please contact us immediately. Once verified we will ship the correct item(s). We will also provide a prepaid return label to return the wrong item(s).
  • Damaged Items: All items are shipped securely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If this is not the case please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Once adequately verified we will ship a replacement.
  • Defective Items: Claims of defect, including incorrect weight, incorrect concentration and inadequate quality, are taken very seriously. For incorrect weight claims please send us the make and model of your scale. For incorrect concentration and inadequate quality claims please be prepared to send us a return sample for analysis.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Refunds, returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Renewal Research.

  • Refunds and returns are only available if the product receive does not match the advertised specifics. If you have reason to believe an item received is defective, please contact us immediately to discuss.
